 About Us

The SWIS Training Centre is a six year dream and manifestation of Dr. Ken Kinakin.  After making the decision to take a break from hosting an annual SWIS Symposium, Dr. Kinakin put into action the steps required to realize his dream - to own a one-on-one training and rehabilitation centre that also offered educational seminars.

The SWIS Training Centre officially opened its doors on September 23^rd, 2006. It is a 1200sq.ft private training studio that is home to various resistance training machines including:

• the Free Motion dual cable cross system,
• a Power Rack,
• dumbbells ranging from 5 lbs. to 100 lbs.,
• various stability and balance tools and
• an assortment of tubing and bands.
  

The facility also houses a 30 person seminar room, fully equipped with audio-visual equipment. 

A library with over 500 books is available to clients of the SWIS Training Centre for use as an educational resource. 

Connected to Dr. Kinakin's Phoenix Chiropractic Health and Fitness Clinic, the SWIS Training Centre is conveniently located to provide its clients with multiple treatment modalities and specialists to help enhance their training experience.
